In simple terms, most people walk with poor form and posture. Since we walk an average of six thousand steps a day, walking improperly has a cumulative, detrimental effect on our joints. We also burn fewer calories and tone less thoroughly. The result is we are more out of shape and likely to have or eventually develop joint and muscle pain or arthritis.
Dr. Nirenberg developed FloWalking to provide a safe, natural way to help people of all ages literally walk themselves fit, lean and healthy.
